Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
• Min 2 years design experience in high end residential
• Creative conceptual design ability with a flair for winning designs
• Able to work under tight schedule
• Have experience in technical/detailed co-ordination and drawing
• Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing
• proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel, and any other design software
• Good team player and proactive
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Takes pride in seeing a project to completion.

• ⁠ ⁠Meeting with clients to understand their needs, design requirements ,preferences, budget, and timeline ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their vision.
• Manage clients/leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling.
• Conceptualize design proposals together with the Design team. Creating proposal that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and pitch them to potential clients.
• Plan and execute projects with the Project Management team, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Conducting research and analysis of the site, context, codes, and regulations
• Developing design concepts and sketches that reflect the client's vision and goals
• Prepare presentations (2D, moodboards), detailed drawings, specifications, and documents for bidding, construction, and installation for clients
• Propose quotation for clients based on proposed design and layout
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories
• Coordinating and collaborating with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• ⁠Supervising and monitoring the progress and quality of the work on site
• Evaluating and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during or after the project

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking for an experienced and talented UX Research Manager to lead and manage our UX research efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience working in agile teams, with UX designers, product managers and developers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of UX research, from planning and designing studies to analyzing and presenting findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centered design and be familiar with the latest research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and input from cross-functional teams into UX research works
• Work alongside the user experience and user interface design teams to translate the UX screens, prototypes into specific user testing requirement
• Lead and manage the UX research works across Mediacorp digital products, providing guidance and direction to team members and stakeholders
• Develop and implement research strategies that align with business objectives
• Plan and conduct user research studies, includes but is not limited to guerrilla testing, usability testing, tree testing, card sorting, user interviews, surveys, and field studies
• Plan and prioritise resources effectively and efficiently across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
• Analyze and interpret data to identify users' needs, motivations, behaviors, patterns, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate research findings into product development processes
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organizatio
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and trends

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX research, including at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience planning and conducting user research studies, including moderated and unmoderated remote user testing, usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, surveys, and field studies across different platforms on mobile devices, web, and desktop. Experience on TV platforms and with Eye-tracking technology is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and distil it into actionable insights
• Strong knowledge of different UX metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Task success rate, Usability metrics and etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with UX research tools and A/B Testing tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Mixpanel, Maze, Optimisely and etc
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive event and exhibition layouts from concept to production, including retail environments.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present ideas and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting all creative and technical briefs.
• Stay abreast of multimedia technology and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of materials and production techniques to optimize design quality and feasibility.
• Demonstrate creative expertise in space planning, detail orientation, and aesthetic design.
• Coordinate with the creative team to generate and execute innovative design solutions efficiently.
• Articulate design concepts clearly, providing detailed specifications to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in event and exhibition design or a related field.
• Mastery of design software, including AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Educational background in Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, capable of guiding large-scale projects and creative teams independently.

1. Notifying and ensure that the Company is aware of all contracts and projects awarded to the Company;

2. Contacting all leads/ referrals provided by the Company or otherwise to schedule client meetings;

3. Preparation of project’s documents including but not limited to floorplans, detail drawings, 3D drawings, quotations, mood boards, samples;

4. Administering contractor performance for all projects and ensuring compliance to all agreements in all new or rebuild projects;

5. Inspecting all sites assigned to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinating with relevant teams for permits need be;

6. Managing multiple sites at any given time and communicating between relevant contractors and clients;

7. Participating in various project and/or Company meetings with managers/ designers/ suppliers/ contractors/ clients;

8. Participating in various sales/product trainings the Company may organise from time to time;9. Maintaining and reporting any record of project costs and progress known;

10. Preparing of project scheduling;

11. Ensuring compliance to the overall project timeline and ensuring that notice is given if otherwise; and

12. Being responsible for your site and undertaking the design project concept to completion.

• 3-5 years' experience in designing digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. Has strong design portfolio that showcases both breadth and depth of work. Has knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Visio, Axure and other wireframing tools.
• Handling daily operations, incident management and reporting to customer
• Experience in .NET C# and MS SQL
• Mandatory skill - User Experience Design
• Supporting and leading minor Service Requests
• Interact with technical and business user team where required
• Work closely with the team members and 3rd Party vendors
