Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales administrative tasks and sales coordination.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Assist inquiries from phone call/email/showroom
- Attend to walk-in customers, understanding and documenting their requirements when the sales team is unavailable.
- Ensure invoicing process are completed for every delivery
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in any field
- Preferably Junior Executives/Entry level candidates specializing in Corporate Sales or Administrative Support
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge in Navision ERP is an advantage
- Be meticulous and able to work independently within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relations with internal and external stakeholders
