Job Description
- Handling of administrative work for all departments within the organization
- Incoming phone handling;
- Handling of Company communication channels - Call / Whatsap / WeChat / Telegram / Line
- Backroom mailing management;
- Backroom documentary handling - all bank statements & letters for clients
- Email filtering & highlighting to management on unfollow-up issues
- Cross-team daily/weekly communication, coordination & update on several team working lists
- Manage mails & courier service
- Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced working environment.
