Job Summary:
We are seeking an independent and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative support to senior staff. This role involves preparing sales applications, coordinating updates for client accounts, and summarizing critical information. The ideal candidate will manage reporting and analysis tasks to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle emails, and other communications promptly.
- Collect and summarize information from merchants, bankers, and internal teams.
- Assist with market intelligence gathering and research.
- Raise change requests and coordinate updates with internal teams for existing merchants’ accounts.
- Maintain, monitor, and update all merchants’ data to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up on application status and update merchants’ requirements timely.
- Update documents related to sales policies, procedures, and processes.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data for decision-making.
- Provide insights through detailed reporting.
- Perform other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or a related field preferred.
- working experience 2-3 years in an administrative support role; experience as an administrative support or similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
