We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide essential support to our daily operations.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for order processing, generating and sending all customer invoices.
- Maintain office operations, including handling correspondences, phone calls, walk-in general inquiries and general office support.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping and filing systems.
- Handle sales administrative duties including filing
- Attend and provide support in administrative duties for the Finance Team and Sales Team
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience
- Good administrative and communication skills
- Candidates with SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Motivated and taking initiative in problem solving.
