Job Description:
- Assist in various organizational tasks, ensuring efficient execution and support across departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data entries.
- Generate reports based on data analysis.
- Coordinate effectively between staff and vendors, arranging necessary logistics.
- Manage inventory control and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Pro-active and Willing to learn
- Able to speak Mandarin, as it is required to speak to our stakeholders who are able to speak other languages.
- High attention-to-detail
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Working Location: 107 Eunos Ave 3
