Responsibilities
- Provide support in the following tasks required to right site on violence related calls
- Engage caller to understand severity of situation
- Gather and verify information with other source (e.g. schools, family members, relatives, government databases)
- Conduct risk and safety assessment for cases
- Determine response time and right-siting of cases
- Engage agencies to ensure warm transfer of cases
- Engage key family members to work with an agency
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline preferred
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to work calmly in highly stressful situations and environment
- Good engagement, assessment, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Strong planning and administration skills
- Be willing to work shift hours, where required, as the it is a 24/7 helpline

- Salary: $2800 - Degree Holder
- Working Days: Monday - Friday, 10am - 730pm
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Contract Period: 1 year
