Contract: 11 months

Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR department to gather payroll information for salary processing for Full-Time staff, Temp/Part- Time Staff, Casual Employment Staff and Interns.
- To process salary information and submission of CPF contribution in payroll system (Excelity) and prepare necessary payroll and accounting information/documents for reporting and create accounting entries in Workday.
- Any other payroll related matters eg. prepare reports, payroll schedules, preparation of IRAS forms for submission of employment income and tax clearance, bonuses processing, attend related meetings and etc.
- Work closely with payroll system consultants to resolve system issues, submit and follow up on incident requests, change requests and perform system testing.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Preferably min 2-3-year relevant experience; bookkeeping knowledge and good at administrative work
- Experience with the Workday (Excelity) system preferred
