Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders according to existing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, and handling post-sale issues such as damaged goods or broken boxes. The candidate should be capable of independently and flexibly deciding on appropriate solutions based on existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders in line with established procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle post-sale issues, such as damaged goods and packaging.
- Independently determine suitable handling methods according to existing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using S4 HANA.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
