Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Handle work pass application/renewal/appeal/cancellation and updates in personal particulars/employment details, and address of foreign workers.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management and supplies.
- Management of office assets
- Ensure a safe, clean and efficient working environment
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative functions
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR & Administration Manager or similar role in Singapore
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin – to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates
- Able to commence work with short notice period (preferred by 1 Aug 2024).
