Admin and HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources Management:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Handle work pass application/renewal/appeal/cancellation and updates in personal particulars/employment details, and address of foreign workers.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management and supplies.
  • Management of office assets
  • Ensure a safe, clean and efficient working environment
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative functions
  • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR & Administration Manager or similar role in Singapore
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin – to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Able to commence work with short notice period (preferred by 1 Aug 2024).
