Senior Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building high-performing front-end applications using React JS and Redux Toolkit for state management, as well as robust backend applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to best practices, a security-first mindset, and strong communication and collaboration skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in both frontend and backend development is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React JS.
- Utilize Redux Toolkit for efficient state management.
- Design and implement high-performing backend applications.
- Ensure the security and performance of backend applications.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AWS services.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Extensive experience with React JS and Redux Toolkit.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies and AWS services.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to conduct thorough and constructive pull request reviews.

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering is a plus.
