JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve Annual target and objectives while building capability for future business growth ambitions.
- Route planning for the sales team to optimize sales and store visits
- Manage passionately with sales team on trade execution excellence through strong physical brand presence in the market.
- Build strong business relationships with key customers and wholesalers for greater and better business collaboration and growth.
- Align organization around delivery of AOP.
- Redeploy local resources, on short term basis to take advantage of changing business opportunities.
- Support /sponsor HR tools for building management capability.
- Ability to optimize the utilization of working capital mainly cash and accounts receivable and profit within the boundaries of sound credit practices for both company and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma level
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in traditional trade sales management.
- Experience in leadership more than 5 years.
- Expert in selling & planning.
- Computer literate i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, software application
