Salary: $2200 to $2600
Duration: 1 year contract (extendable/ convertible)
Location: Kallang Sector (8 mins walk from Geylang Bahru MRT)
Working hours:
- Monday to Fridays: 8am to 5pm/ 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm (depending on department)
- Alternate Saturdays: 8am to 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming General Hotline calls
- Manage customer enquires via livechats
- Process letters and emails correspondences to customers upon request
- Handle customer enquiries on payment arrangement and reconnection
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Required working experience dealing digital platforms such as live chat, whatsapp chat
- Must be able to work Alternate Saturdays
