Roles & Responsibilities
Primary:
-Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc)
-Prepare the said documents for mailing to the customer.
-Maintain proper records and filing of documents.
-Coordinate with Sales Department and issue billing accurately.
-Generate and issue Invoices, Credit Notes & Statements of Accounts in a timely manner.
-Preparation of quotations, invoices, and renewal contracts. Apply for work site permits (when applicable)
-Matching of invoices received with PO, DO & Quotation, performing supplier statement reconciliations.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and be punctual.
Secondary:
-Assist MD of administrative documentation
-Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager/Director/Supervisor.
-Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Providing administrative support to other team members or departments
- Efficient document management such as printing, scanning, organizing, and filing of the documents
Requirements:
- Efficient in writing skills like drafting letters, writing emails, etc.
- Adept in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 5 days a week (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Able to start work immediately/Able to start work in short notice
-Strong willingness to learn
-Minimum N level/GCE O Level (SPM - Form 5) and above
-At least 1 year of admin experience
