Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Credit Admin team as a Admin Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and underwrite contract documentation submitted by the sales department
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and in place
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the Sales team
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required to read and understand agreements/contracts in Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
