· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules
· Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities
· Facilitate stock-take and be responsible to tidy up inventory stores
· Suppliers' contacts in China an added advantage
· Resourceful, meticulous with strong vendor management skills
· Min. 3 years of relevant experience, Diploma holder
