We are looking for a friendly and dynamic Airport Passenger Services Agent to join our team. You will help ensure passengers have a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check-In and Departure: Greet and assist passengers during check-in and departure.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service in our premier lounges.
- Special Needs Assistance: Help passengers with special needs.
- Buffet Table: Maintain and present buffet tables in the lounges.
- Meet/Greet Services: Welcome passengers at the reception area.
- Basic Transactions: Perform basic computer tasks.
Requirements:
- Friendly and cheerful attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
- Proficient in English and one other language.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
