Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer phone calls and emails.
- Record accurate customer interaction data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers effectively and timely as promised.
- Escalate issues and concerns to management for resolution.
- Accurately prepare requests such as policy summaries and beneficiary information.
