Our client is one of the leading players in the aviation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Quality Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.
Job Duties:
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Track customer quality data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead RCCA processes to address issues and verify corrective actions.
- Support QMS procedures, assist in audits, and ensure prompt containment actions.
- Contribute to technical specifications and quality plans.
Requirements:
- Min 6 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100/9120 quality standard
- Six Sigma Greenbelt
- Knowledge of Lean Principles
- Professional quality certifications (ASQ-CQE-CQA)
- Internal Audit and/or AS910 Lead Auditor Certification
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations
