Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Motor accident claims, assessment and overall processing
- Explain and ensure customers understand the accident claim process, definition of Own
- Damage/ Third Party claims
- Represent customers to prepare and submit estimation in repair cost
- Arrange surveyors to inspect damaged vehicle, finalized repair cost with surveyor and send
- LOA to insurers
- Coordinate and administer paperwork and invoicing of the repairs to customers and insurers
- Responsible for Service Agreement Sales according to the KPI set
- Further improve and expand the service agreement sales to all customer segments
- Secure long term business by strongly promote and manage the Service Agreement as a
- profitable business
- Responsible for Dynafleet Sales according to the KPI set
- Secure long term business by strongly promote and manage the Accident Claims, Service
- Agreement and Telematics as a profitable business
- Actively ensure AR is on-track and collected according to target
- To report AR collection status on a weekly basis to Business Controller
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Technical/Computer systems or relevant qualification
- Possess minimum 2 years of relevant aftersales experiences within automotive industry
