Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support to the A&S division during the relocation process.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure in the new office.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of the IT systems to ensure they are working effectively.
  • Provide support to the A&S division.
  • Manage devices and coordinate device movements.
  • Assist relocation vendors during visits and device testing.
  • Manage inventory and provide physical assistance with all other requests that require physical actions.
  • Onboard and offboard new users.
  • Handle device-related tickets.
  • Provide administrative assistance for printer, UPS, and other vendor-related service and maintenance requests.
  • Provide administrative assistance for invoice-related queries.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct policy of the our client Group

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  • Experience in device management, technical troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure setup and configuration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
