We are seeking Patient Service Officers who are deeply committed to the healthcare sector and wish to contribute to enhancing patients' lives. This role involves delivering exceptional non-clinical patient care at our cancer centers, requiring strong interpersonal skills to interact with both patients and doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating appointments with doctors and coordinating associated diagnostic services for patients and their families.
- Assisting patients with registration, billing, and handling inquiries related to insurance claims.
- Verifying and accurately recording patients' information in the Clinic's system.
- Providing guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure smooth processing of claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proactive in addressing patients' needs, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and achieve organizational goals.
