The Job
- Assist customers in choosing the right rental vehicle
- Assist walk-in customers and convert inquiries into bookings and handle reservations
- Provide information on vehicles, rental policies, and insurance options
- Manage rental agreements and administrative tasks
- Cross-sell additional products and suggest related options
The Talent
- Min. N-level
- Sales/ Customer Service experience is a PLUS!
- Proficient in Mandarin required for conversing with Chinese speaking customers
