Deployment:
Mon to Fri: 6.30 pm to 2.30 pm
Service not required on Sat, Sun, and Gazetted Public Holidays
Scope of Works:
1. Reception Duties:
- Handle Calls, Pick up calls before 3 rings
- Manage frontline counterduty; attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors' queries
- Attend to goods delivered on behalf of staffs
- Attends to student leaving school early/injured students/ admission to sick bay
- Recording temperatures for staffs in the morning
2. General Admin Duties:
- Oversee general housekeeping of the office
- To assist in printing of worksheets/ exam papers for the school
- Arrange temporary storage place for items delivered to the general office and inform relevant staffs
- Assist in lost and found items
- Provide support to teachers and school leaders
- Assist in admin duties such as data entry, attendance system of the staffsetc.
- Assist admin managers in tasks such as class allocations, P1 registration and orientation etc.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
