Job Description
- Support sales team on customers enquiries via incoming calls/emails and record on schedules accordingly full order-to-delivery process, and ensure such enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and after sales service by ensure a close loop for existing and new customers
- Responsible for operating the weighing bridge, ensuring that each vehicle can be weighed in a timely manner and recording the weight record.
- In charge of taking photo/video of disposal record for customers
- Maintain and update reports on a timely basis
- Address and resolve scheduling issues by coordinating and managing various stakeholders to meet customer needs and requirements.
- General administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good command of English (read and write)
- Able to communicate English & Mandarin in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
- Organized and able to multitask
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure with good adaptability and initiative
- Knowledge on local map reading will be an added advantage
- Minimum NITEC/ HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- 5.5 days’ work week,with occasional work on Saturdays.
