Responsibilities:
- Prepare & monitor progress payment claims.
- General & Project administration and documentation.
- Monthly closing of invoices
- Creation of PO (Purchase Order)
- Liaising with vendors for item purchasing
- Manage office supplies and ration
- Coordinate worker related matters such as attendance, leave application, training, Covid-19 matters, workers’ vaccination, workers’ medical claim and so on.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in relevant qualification.
- 2 years of working experience in construction sector. Those without working experience may consider.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words
- Good at filing and summarizing
- Willing to learn
- Construction site working environment
- Singaporean only
