As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and driving
business growth. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks while also
assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies.
Job Description and Responsibilities
• Work closely with Co-Founders of Simple Group to deliver Company Mission
• Research and identify potential business prospects aligned with client’s target market
and goals.
• Execute effective and efficient outreach strategies (i.e. email, phone calls, face-to-face
meetings) to engage potential prospects.
• Communicate effectively in English through written correspondence and verbal interactions
to convey client offerings and value propositions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation (i.e. recording minutes and taking
photos) related to administration, organise databases of prospects, contacts, and
communications for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Work closely with colleagues from different business divisions to develop and implement
outreach campaigns and strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, prospect engagement, and conversion
metrics for analysis and optimisation.
• Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned
