Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Assist with preparing and managing the budget, monitoring expenses, and processing invoices.
- Develop and enforce office policies to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Handle internal and external communications, manage correspondence, and organize meetings and reports.
- Plan and oversee special projects and events, managing logistics, timelines, and budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree or certifications preferred.
- (2) years of experience in administrative roles with proven team and office management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency in office software.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Capable of handling complex issues and developing solutions.
- High attention to detail in managing documents and data.
