Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain company billing accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial tasks as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software i.e QuickBooks Online
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
