Responsibilities
- Support stakeholders with meeting scheduling, room booking, venue setup, and calendar management.
- Manage stakeholders' inventory and assets.
- Assist with procurement processes, including getting quotations and drafting purchase approvals.
- Help with research and travel arrangements for stakeholders.
- Coordinate across teams to gather and archive event information for reporting.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in secretariat/administration would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with event or hospitality would be advantageous.
