This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Administrative Executive.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE secondary school located in Siglap Link.
Contract Period: From 1 Sep 2024 to 30 June 2025.
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of half hr lunch break
- Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of half hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
- General administration duties e.g. handling telephone and walk-in enquires/requests, updating of hostel systems, handling documentation from admission to check-outs, inventory checks, mail
- Boarder welfare e.g. checking on boarders, accompanying sick boarders to the clinic / hospital when necessary, monthly medical claims submissions (if any), administering basic first aid, room checks
- Housekeeping e.g. preparing bedding materials for guests and new boarders
- Any other duties assigned by the Hall Manager or CSOs
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- Working experience in a similar environment
- Comfortable in dealing with young people
- Working knowledge of email and Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel
