Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Empower and guide the team to self-organization and cross-functionality, helping them achieve their commitments and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the backlog, ensuring that the team's work aligns with business priorities.
- Identify and remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Use data-driven insights and metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, promoting a shared understanding of Agile values.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a Singaporean Citizen due to business needs.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams in the successful delivery of software projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and practical experience in their application.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to fit the unique needs of the team and organization.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest Agile trends and practices.
