We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative staff with a passion for optimizing office operations and enhancing workplace efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. With a strong foundation in office management, they will adeptly handle tasks such as inventory control, data management, and document preparation. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, they will bring both technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This individual will be a welcoming presence, offering top-notch customer service to clients and acting as a reliable liaison between various departments. Their ability to anticipate office needs, streamline processes, and maintain accurate records will be instrumental in supporting the daily functions of our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and is committed to contributing to the overall success of our organization through their dedication and expertise in administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the interior design team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  2. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  3. Maintain and organize client files, project documentation, and office records.
  4. Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client correspondence.
  5. Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is clean and professional.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project-related needs.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  8. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the interior design industry is a plus but not required.
