Job Description – Buying Operations Admin
Reporting to the Buying Operations Manager, the Buying Operations admin is responsible for smooth backend processes and operations at Little Farms.
Job Responsibilities
- The accurate systemic receiving of stock
- Systemic Freight cost allocation
- Accurate and timely stock transfers
- Sharing of PO shipment details
- Accurate and timely price and promotional adjustments
- Assist in Sales, Margin, Pricing, and ad-hoc reports
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Buying Operations Manager
Job Requirements
- Digital savvy, capable of using MS Excel
- Fluent in English Detail detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to work weekends
- Passionate about helping us build a great business
