Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and organize the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to travel.
- Ability to speak Indonesian an advantage.
