(Hybrid) Administrative assistant - Live Streaming Sales

• Salary range: S$2,500 - S$3,500
• Working days: 5 days, Mainly WFH / Report to the office no more than 3 times a week
• Working Hours: (Work hours may be changed subjected to live sessions e.g Last minute live session on Mondays)
• Monday to Thursday, 10am - 7pm
• Friday to Sunday, 10am – Late night (subjected to live sessions)
• Fixed Off days on Wednesday & Thursdays

Job Description:

• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Basic coordination work
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure proper upkeeping of documents and records
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or at least 1 year experience working in relevant industry
• Must be able to type efficiently on laptop (Typing speed - min. of 60 wpm)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
