The selected candidate will be integrated into the Operations team at Dymon Asia, where they will engage in a variety of critical day-to-day tasks that are fundamental to the smooth operation of the fund, particularly within the Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange asset classes. The role demands a highly driven individual who possesses a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire spectrum of trade lifecycle events encompassing confirmations, settlements, and various portfolio position activities like corporate actions, maturities, expiries, and fixings.
- Conducting reconciliations of trade and positional data across internal systems, broker statements, and the fund administrator's system.
- Producing reports for internal stakeholders, including the Front Office and Management.
- Providing prompt responses and resolutions to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience, Requirements & Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to navigate stringent deadlines and pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a proficiency in prioritizing tasks on short notice.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in Excel VBA and Python will be considered an advantage.
