Role and Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
- Product and Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital products.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design assumptions and gather actionable insights. Iterate on designs based on test results and user feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business and user requirements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall product strategy.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure a consistent and scalable design language across all products.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and elevate the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the fintech industry or other technology-driven environments. Experience with Cryptocurrency platform is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final deliverables for various projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Ability to present and defend design decisions to various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
