Job Descriptions
1. Receive, review and file all construction-related documents including contracts,drawings and specifications.
2. Ensure and maintain proper technical documentation and a filing system of documents, records and information.
3. Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with all documentation.
4. Act as a point of contact for all documentation-related queries from project team members and external parties.
5. Prepare and submit regular reports on document control status and issues.
6. Plan and manage the office supplies to ensure all necessary requirements are in place.
7. Actively promote the corporate and project goals and values.
8. Other ad-hos duties assigned by the management.
Job Specifications
1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
2. Proven experience as document controller
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
