- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am- 5pm/ 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- 1-hour unpaid meal break
- $12 per hour (Temp)

Job Description:

Our client which is an established hospital is seeking a dynamic Lobby Ambassador to join the team immediately. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and extend a warm welcome to all visitors, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide clear directions and usher visitors to their desired destinations within the hospital.
- Manage crowd control efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of visitors.
- Address and resolve inquiries and feedback from visitors, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Share brief and essential information about the hospital, promoting its services and facilities.
- Gather valuable feedback from visitors, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with the following qualities:
- Minimum 1 year experience in service industry.
- A pleasant and approachable disposition, making visitors feel at ease and comfortable.
- A strong service-oriented mindset, attentive and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact with diverse groups of visitors effectively.
- Smart office attire is essential (long sleeves shirt with blazer, long pants, and covered office shoes) to maintain a professional appearance.
Ideally Able to Commit:
