Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Principal's Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal in coordinating and managing various aspects of the school, including academic affairs, student management, and marketing/enrollment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in daily administrative tasks and school operations.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of academic programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to drive student recruitment and enrollment efforts.
- Manage student records, communication, and support services.
- Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth and efficient school operations.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
