Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a watchmaker in luxury watches.
- Profound knowledge of luxury watches brands, models, and their unique repair requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certification or training in watchmaking or related field is a plus.
Responsibility
- Diagnose and service timepieces in line with the brand specific guidelines.
- Overhaul and restore luxury watches to their original condition.
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
