- Candidate must be able to read 2D and 3D drawings
- Candidate must be able to fabricate materials according to drawings
- Candidate must be a team player as well as a leader, he/she must be able to lead his team during major projects
- He must always keep a lookout for his colleagues with regards to safety issues etc.
