Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
- Manage and serve food and drinks
- Established rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
- Perform opening and closing
- Presenting menus, taking orders, keying of order and collecting feedback from customer
- Cleaning up, clear tables and maintain cleanliness of floor area
- Cashiering
- Perform caller procedure
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
