Position Overview:
As a Senior / Recruitment Consultant in our Permanent and Temporary Recruitment Division, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates for both permanent and temporary positions across various industries. You may choose either one or both types of orders to work on. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to assess their hiring requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to advise clients on best practices for talent acquisition and retention.
