Job Profile
Supporting Front Office desk/products, ensuring smooth, accurate, timely workflow process and responsible for:
- Entire settlement functions for Derivative trading e.g. Forwards, Futures, Options & Swaps
- Verification of daily trades (all trading cargoes) in THOR system based on deal recap within timeline
- Daily Margin Call management (Cash Buffer) and settlement through FCM (Bankers)
- Preparation of daily Open Position Reports for all traded products
- Setting up of ICE account for Traders/Analyst
- Payment & Receipt vouchers in accounting system for all trades and related charges (ICE, Exchanges, Brokers etc.)
- Trade reconciliation functions, generating of reports for mid-month & month-end closing (Realized & Unrealized Positions)
- Brokerage Fee contract renewal/new rate addendum
- Ad hoc requests from Front Office & HQ, any duties & reports relating to Derivatives
- Attending to Auditor checks (internal & external)
Invoice Processing
- Process assigned Invoices (namely ICE Fee, Brokerage Fee etc.,) timely
International Commercial Terms (Incoterms)
- Understanding elements of the terms and related laws to carry out assigned duties
Know-Your-Customer (KYC)
- Basic understanding of KYC knowledge and ability to follow standard set of steps for processing of Onboarding and Being onboarded procedures

- Apply continuous improvement strategies to improve services or processes across the Organization

A strong candidate should possess the following competencies:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in the Energy sector
- Knowledge and good understanding in Derivatives and its function
- Operating of SAP/ETRM system will be an advantage
- High proficiency in Advanced Excel (VBA), including MS Office (Word, Power Point)
- Highly motivated individual who exhibits strong integrity, work ethics and ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Effective team player (ability to work both independently and collaboratively) with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with handling of paperwork
