In-depth understanding of the education market in Singapore and China, and possess industry insight and trend analysis capabilities.
客户资源和市场开拓能力Customer resources and market development capabilities
- 拥有丰富的客户资源，能够迅速拓展市场并吸引目标客户。具备较强的市场推广和业务开发能力，能够独立开展市场活动。Possess existing customer-based, able to expand to new market and attract new target customers. Strong marketing and business development capabilities and be able to independently carry out marketing activities.
管理与运营能力Management and operational capabilities
- 具备团队管理经验，能够有效带领团队实现业务目标。了解基本的企业管理和运营流程，能够处理日常运营事务。Team management experience and able to effectively lead the team to achieve business goals. Understand basic business management and operational processes and be able to handle daily operational matters.

要求 Requirement
- 本科以上学历 Minimal Bachelor's degree
- 5-10年经营管理教育行业的经验 5-10 years experience in business management
- 具备中英双语能力 Strong ability to communicate and work in both Chinese and English
- 具有相关留学背景&相关经验者优先 Relevant study abroad background & relevant consulting experience
- 具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力 Have strong learning ability and excellent communication skills
- 有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度 Have keen market insight, strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and positive work attitude
- 性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力 Strong personality, quick thinking, good adaptability and pressure-bearing ability
- 有良好的服务意识 Good customer service
