Role Description
This is a full-time Investor Relations Executive role located in Singapore. Some remote work is acceptable. As an Investor Relations Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day investor relations and onboarding reporting to fund managers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reports to the Head of Operations
- Responsibility includes supporting investor relations, investor onboarding and reporting activities
- Assist with investor onboarding screening in compliance with standard operating procedures
- Review of onboarding documents to ensure document completeness
- Perform KYC screening for onboarding investors
- Support delivery of NAV reports to Fund Managers and Investors
- Other adhoc duties as required
Qualifications
- Good team player and possesses an excellent working attitude
- Good knowledge of financial markets and financial products
Good knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial statements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 1-year working experience
- Fresh graduate or candidates with no direct experience will be considered.
