Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, contributing to a positive experience.
- Support management in supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high team performance.
- Gain experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, enhancing customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Participate in identifying areas for operational improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
