Job Description
As Automotive Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of automotive parts to the service workshops. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, processing customer orders, and providing support to our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
- Process customer parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain accurate parts records and documentation.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the parts department.
Requirements
- Experience in parts management or inventory control within the automotive industry, heavy machinery/engine/vehicle is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
